The Buckeye Region Agility Group dedicates its upcoming trial to two agility competitors who are gone too soon. By Lisa Baird
As most of you know, Buckeye Region Agility Group (BRAG) lost a founding board member, Dave Seeger, on July 30, 2011. As is fitting for someone who contributed so much to BRAG and the agility world, we will be making our late summer USDAA trial, this year being held on August 27 and 28, the Dave Seeger Memorial trial. This trial is also our Bill Sterling Memorial trial. We feel it is appropriate that it be a memorial to both of them, as Dave always said Bill was a huge mentor to him. The agility world is so much better because these two men were in it, and we miss both of them tremendously.
So, at this trial, if you finish your AD or PD, you will receive a special Dave Seeger memorial ribbon. If you complete your MAD or MPD, your will receive the Bill Sterling memorial ribbon.
We will also be holding a 50/50 raffle, with the proceeds being donated to Capital Area Humane Society.
Please join us as we celebrate the lives of these two incredible people by doing what they enjoyed: having fun playing agility!
