Dallas, Texas - USDAA announces individuals named to represent the United States in Spain for IFCS 2004 World Agility Championships
The United States Dog Agility Association today named the twelve competitors who will form the team to represent the United States in the International Federation of Cynological Sport's (IFCS) World Agility Championships - 2004. Each member nation is eligible to field a team of twelve competitors, with no more than three competitors competing in each height division. Team members are -
- 12" Class
- 16" Class
- 22" Class
- 26" Class
Each earned a position based upon their rankings in tournament competition in 2003.
The competition in Spain is being hosted by FEAEC, and will take plan May 7-9, 2004. Team competition will consist of three-dog teams from member nations competing in standard agility, jumping and three-dog relay. Individual competition is open to member nations, as well as eligible individuals from other countries. To date, pledges from the following member nations have been received:
- Puerto Rico
Participation from other countries are expected.
