Janet Dunn is a veterinarian in Hollister, California. She and her six-and-a-half-year-old Papillon, Torrey, will be representing the U.S. in the 12" jump height division.
Torrey, which is short for Torment, has only been part of Janet's life for the last year. While he came already trained in agility, Torrey's training needed some tweaking and it took a while for the two of them to truly become a team.
It's clear Torrey loves both Janet and agility very much. Janet says Torrey is completely devoted to her and she appreciates that he gives her all his effort every time they step on course to run. Torrey is a big package in a small dog... an intelligent, incredible and courageous teammate and a wonderful buddy to Janet.
Janet's goals for the World Agility Championships in Italy are for she and Torrey to do their best in every class, but she also realizes that, to meet this goal, they must both have fun while they're competing.
