All Dogs Gym - General Site Information
Per a city noise ordinance, none of the buildings may be unlocked before 7AM. Please be aware of this and be respectful of The All Dogs Gym neighbors. If you arrive before 7, please try and limit any barking of your dogs while in the parking lot. Thank you. Due to limited space for spectators in the agility arena area, ONLY chairs provided by All Dogs Agility will be allowed in the arena area. Please do not tie or leave your dogs unattended in the agility arena seating area. Also no unattended dogs 'tied' in the parking lot please. Products applied to a dog's pads such as Show Foot or Tacky Paw may not be used in The All Dogs Gym. These products leave a residue that can damage the flooring. Thank you for your cooperation. The All Dogs Gym and Inn is a very busy boarding and grooming facility with lots of dogs and people coming and going, many of whom are not always aware of what their dog may be doing. PLEASE be aware of this as you are entering and exiting the building. Absolutely NO flexi-leashes are allowed inside the building. The All Dogs Gym and Inn has recently instituted a 'No Tolerance' policy in regards to unleashed dogs on the property. Dogs may be off leash at the warm-up jump, while in the agility ring, or in the fenced area behind the main building. Dogs may not be off leash in any other area - including the parking lot. Any owner of a dog found to be off leash in an unapproved area will receive a single warning and after that will be asked to leave the property. No refunds will be given. This is for your dog's safety and for the safety fo the other clients of The All Dogs Gym and Inn. Please do not park in the traffic circle in front of the building except briefly to unload. Also the parking spaces behind the Warehouse are reserved for the All Dogs Gym and Inn staff.
Crating at All Dogs Gym
Indoor crating at this trial will be available in the 'Warehouse' which is a SEPERATE building from the main building with the agility arena. The 'Playroom' will not be available for indoor crating for this event due to the needs of the boarding kennel. There should be ample room for everyone. Personal chairs will be allowed as long as there is room. If space becomes tight, you may be asked to remove your chair. Please plan to stack crates if needed. X-pens will be allowed, but only for 2 or more dogs and preferably with a cover. especially if your dogs are inclined to want to 'escape'.
Warm Up Area
A single warm up jump will be provided in the agility arena area. No other obstacles may be set up and/or used at the show site for training, warm-up or any other purpose.
Food and Drinks
A food vendor will be on site for both breakfast and lunch.
RV Parking
There is no RV parking available at the site for this event.
Policy Prohibiting Alcoholic Consumption
No alcoholic consumption or open containers of alcohol are permitted on the grounds. Noncompliance could result in immediate expulsion from the event, legal prosecution under local law or both.
Express & Overnight Entries
Entries sent by Fedex, Express Mail or other courier service will only be accepted if the waiver allowing delivery without signature is signed. The club will not be responsible for deliveries delayed if a signature is required.

Policy on Refusal of Entry
The Organizing Committee of an event may refuse the entry of any competitor or dog for just cause should the Committee view that participation by the competitor or dog could be prejudicial to the sport. However, in such case, the Committee must notify the competitor in writing upon receipt of entry, but in no case, more than three days following the event closing date for acceptance of entries. The burden of responsibility for the appropriateness of such action rests solely with the host group and its Organizing Committee.
NSF Check/Credit Card
Any check or credit card that is charged back by the bank or other financial institution may be assessed a service charge of up to $40 per incident at the discretion of the host group.
Returned checks or credit card returns do not constitute a valid entry. Amounts shall be paid within 30 day of postmarked notice of the returned payment if such date follows the event date. Any fees not received within 30 days of notice will result in cancellation of event results for all classes related to the entry for which payment was made. No reinstatement of results is possible, and all awards must be returned within 10 days of notification or the dog's registration may be suspended pending restitution.
Any unpaid fees or shortfalls must be paid prior to the start of the event, or entry is canceled without recourse.

Requests for said refunds must be received IN WRITING and be accompanied by appropriate documentation from a vet or doctor on their stationery or letterhead, verifying the reason for said request. All requests must be received by the Test Secretary before the end of the event on Sunday, September 30th.

For entries received by the closing date, the level of entry into a given class may be advanced by notifying the Secretary in writing via email by the "Secondary Closing Date". No other changes, cancellations or additions may be made after the initial closing date.
To be accepted, entries must be complete, signed (by parent or legal guardian if handler is a minor), received by the closing date and accompanied by the correct fees and include a valid USDAA registration number on a completed registration form.
Next-Day Move-Ups Allowed At This Event
Competitors earning a qualification during the Event that is needed to complete a title may advance their level THE NEXT DAY at the same event, i.e. move-ups on consecutive days ARE allowed.
Competitors are responsible for keeping accurate records of their qualifying scores and the judges from whom these scores were earned prior to this event to ensure that the dog is eligible to move up based upon scores earned at this Event. Competitors are advised to confirm scores earned with the scorekeeper and judge at the conclusion of a class to ensure the qualifying score has been accurately calculated and awarded in accordance with regulations. If for any reason it is determined that the score or previous scores were inaccurate, making the entry ineligible for the higher level class, any results (including awards) shall be forfeited and the entry will be deemed invalid without refund or other recourse.
Move-up forms supplied by this event must be used to notify the secretary BEFORE she leaves the site the day on which you earn your title.

JUNIOR HANDLER REGISTRATION - $25.00
|
|
Dogs must be registered with USDAA in order to compete in USDAA sanctioned events. A registration card
and number with a "U" prefix will be issued to facilitate entry at USDAA events and tracking of show
results in the regular classes.
|
|
Junior handlers (those 18 years of age and younger) and their dogs must be separately registered for
participation in the USDAA's Junior Handler Program (UJHP). A registration number with a "J" prefix
will be assigned for use in entering UJHP events. A dog competing in both programs (regular classes
and UJHP) must be registered separately for each program, for which the total fee is $50.00. Register online at www.usdaa.com and save more than 10%.
