This event will be held under USDAA® Official Rules and Regulations, a copy of which may be viewed and printed online at www.usdaa.com.
Policy on Refusal of Entry
The Organizing Committee of an event may refuse the entry of any competitor or dog for just cause should the Committee view that participation by the competitor or dog could be prejudicial to the sport. However, in such case, the Committee must notify the competitor in writing upon receipt of entry, but in no case, more than three days following the event closing date for acceptance of entries. The burden of responsibility for the appropriateness of such action rests solely with the host group and its Organizing Committee.

Returned checks or credit card returns do not constitute a valid entry. Amounts shall be paid within 30 day of postmarked notice of the returned payment if such date follows the event date. Any fees not received within 30 days of notice will result in cancellation of event results for all classes related to the entry for which payment was made. No reinstatement of results is possible, and all awards must be returned within 10 days of notification or the dog's registration may be suspended pending restitution.
Any unpaid fees or shortfalls must be paid prior to the start of the event, or entry is canceled without recourse.

Next-Day Move-Ups Allowed At This Event
Competitors earning a qualification during the Event that is needed to complete a title may advance their level THE NEXT DAY at the same event, i.e. move-ups on consecutive days ARE allowed.
Competitors are responsible for keeping accurate records of their qualifying scores and the judges from whom these scores were earned prior to this event to ensure that the dog is eligible to move up based upon scores earned at this Event. Competitors are advised to confirm scores earned with the scorekeeper and judge at the conclusion of a class to ensure the qualifying score has been accurately calculated and awarded in accordance with regulations. If for any reason it is determined that the score or previous scores were inaccurate, making the entry ineligible for the higher level class, any results (including awards) shall be forfeited and the entry will be deemed invalid without refund or other recourse.
Move-up forms supplied by this event must be used to notify the secretary BEFORE she leaves the site the day on which you earn your title.
Regional - Provisional GP/PGP/STP/PSJ Entries
Provisional entries will be accepted for competitors who have not earned a qualifying score prior to the closing date, which is required for entry to the Grand Prix, Performance Grand Prix or Steeplechase, Performance Speed Jumping Regional classes. To compete in the class under the provisional entry, a qualifying score must be earned at a local tournament qualifying class for each respective tournament entered prior to the start of the Regional tournament class. A separate payment for provisional entry fees to the tournament classes is required and must be designated on the Entry Form, or such payment will be nonrefundable should the dog not be eligible to run.
Eligiblity Notification for Regional Provisional Entry
If you have entered the Regional Grand Prix/Performance Grand Prix and/or the Regional Steeplechase/Speed Jumping on a provisional basis, written notification of eligibility MUST be given no later than noon on Monday June 10. This notification may consist of confirmation that the dog is eligible for the regional classes entered OR that the local qualifier at the regional is still needed for eligibility. If no notification is given, you will forfeit provisional entry free. Notification must be made via email to trialsec@dognutmom.com with a read receipt. The secretary cannot be responsible for undelivered/misaddressed emails.
Prohibitions on Aids & Devices
No leads, collars, food, toys or other aids or devices shall be permitted on the course at any time, except as provided for in Chapter 10 when Intro Program classes are offered, or in Chapter 8 when Junior Handler Program classes are offered.
Statement of Responsibility
Competitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs, children or guests. A competitor whose dogs, children or guests create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Event Organizing Committee, be asked to leave the test site.
Policy on Fault Limits
In the event of a larger entry, fault limits may be set at the discretion of the Organizing Committee and/or Judge without pre-event notice.
Spam Blocker
Confirmations will be sent via email using the secretary's address. If you have a spam blocker on your email account, please configure it to allow email from the secretary's address since confirmations will be sent from this account.
Running Orders and Fault Limits
As this is a Regional competition, we are expecting large entry numbers. There is a strong possibility that we will run late on all 4 days, including Sunday. Please make your travel plans accordingly. We cannot make accommodations to run competitors out of order based on travel plans, flights, etc. FAULT LIMITS MAY BE APPLIED in all classes for which faults are assessed. Limits, if any, shall be announced during the judges' briefings. In the event that entries exceed levels that are deemed manageable for this event, one class each day may be rescheduled for another day or cancelled. If a class should be cancelled, a full refund for the class may be made. USDAA and/or Keystone Agility Club assumes no additional liability related to reschedule or cancellation of classes for any reason.
Titling Class Rules & Descriptions
One or more titling classes shall be held at this Event from those described in Chapters 3 - 8 of USDAA Official Rules & Regulations, which are downloadable from www.usdaa.com/rulesReg_eBook.cfm, and any amendments there to, which are downloadable from www.usdaa.com/rulesReg.cfm, each of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
Tournament Class Rules & Descriptions
One or more tournament classes are being held at this event, the rules and description of which may be downloaded on the Internet at www.usdaa.com/gen_formDoc.cfm, and are hereby incorporated by reference. A written copy may be obtained from the Event secretary.
Veterans Program Classes
Veterans level classes offered at this event are open to a competitor with any dog that is at least eight (8) years of age as of the first day of this event. Previous experience in the sport sufficient to establish proficiency and confidence in performance is strongly encouraged. Once a competitor has earned a qualifying score with a dog in a Veterans class, the dog is no longer eligible to enter that class in the Championship or Performance Programs when a Veterans class is offered. Complete program rules can be found at www.usdaa.com/rulesReg_eBook.cfm which are downloadable from www.usdaa.com/rulesReg.cfm
Mixed-Height Pairs Entry Allowed
Dogs entered as partners in pairs relay at this event may be combined without regard to jump height, i.e. a mini dog may be entered as a partner with an open dog. Any pair consisting of at least one open dog must qualify in accordance with the QCT set forth by the judge of record for Open Pairs AND will be considered an open pair for placement purposes.
Team & Versatility Pairs Measure-up Policy - FEO
The handler of a dog entered in Team or Versatility Pairs that is required to jump a higher height by virtue of the judge's measurement must notify the secretary immediately. Should the higher jump height make the dog ineligible for their team (three jump heights), the secretary will make every effort to form complete teams from available dogs. The dog may not be moved to Versatility Pairs.
In the event the competitor is unprepared to run their dog at the higher jump height, they may run in the tournament For Exhibition Only. No member of the Team or Pair may earn a tournament qualification, but Team or Pairs partners are eligible for individual placements, tournament top ten points and Lifetime Achievement Qs in the individual tournament classes.
Masters Challenge Classes - Championship & Performance
EFFECTIVE FOR SHOWS CLOSING AFTER JANUARY 1, 2013
All dogs - regardless of level of competition - are eligible for entry in the Masters Challenge classes and to earn qualifying scores. These qualifying scores will remain on the dog's record and calculate toward Masters Challenge titles once the dog achieves the Masters Standard / Masters Performance Standard and Masters Jumpers / Masters Performance Jumpers titles.
Additionally, these dogs continue to be eligible for their appropriate level in the regular classes at all levels, unless stipulated otherwise in the Agility Test Schedule. Competitive placements in the Masters Challenge Standard and Jumpers classes accumulate points for annual ranking for Agility Top TenSM and Performance Top TenSM.
Regional Masters Challenge Biathlon Tournament
As outlined above, all dogs - regardless of level of competition - are eligible to enter Masters Challenge classes at shows closing after January 1, 2013.
A new tournament, the Handlers Challenge Biathlon, will be offered at the 2013 Cynosport World Games. Eligibility to enter the Handlers Challenge Biathlon at Cynosport requires a qualification in either MC Standard or MC Jumpers (Championship or Performance). As an alternative to Masters Challenge qualification, dogs earning a semfinalist bye for Cynosport in both Grand Prix and Steeplechase or Performance GP and Speed Jumping will be eligible to enter the Handlers Challenge Biathlon at Cynosport.
At this regional event the Masters Challenge Standard and Jumpers scores in both the Championship & Performance Programs will be converted to time plus faults. These scores will be combined to determine placements for special Masters Challenge Biathlon awards. A dog scoring an elimination in either class is not eligibel for Biathlon awards.
No separate entry for the Biathlon is necessary; entering the MC classes automatically makes the dog eligible for the MC Biathlon awards outlined elsewhere in this document.

Dog Measurements & Certification
All dogs not jumping 26" in the Championship Program or 22" in the Performance Program must be measured unless they have a permanent USDAA or World Cynosport Dog Registration card or a temporary card with 3 signatures as required by the regulations, making the dog eligible for their jump height (prior to 3 years of age). When not enrolling electronically, please send a copy of one the following items to facilitate the check-in process:
- photocopy of permanent dog registration card,
- printout of the dog-information page from your USDAA® competitor web account, or
- copy of your check-in letter from USDAA indicating your temporary card has been accepted by the USDAA office and your permanent registration card is in process.
Check-In Times
All times are tentative and subject to change. Consult your final entry confirmation for any changes. Thursday: 3pm - 4pm. Judges briefings at 4:15pm, judging to begin at 4:30pm. Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 7:15am - 7:45am. Judges briefings at 7:45am, judging to begin at 8am. Site will be open at 7am for competitor set up. These start times could vary depending on the number of entries. Consult your final entry confirmation for schedule changes. Express Check-in is available to all competitors that included a copy of their plastic (NOT BLUE PAPER!) permanent height card, check-in letter from USDAA or a print out of the dog info page from subscriber account indicating that the dog is permanently carded with their entry form. At Express Check-In you must check yourself in and verify your Registration number. If you missed verifying it in your confirmation, this will be your final chance to do so.
Regional - Special Measuring
Competitors whose dog has a temporary height card MUST have the dog measured prior to checking in at any Regional Championship event or Cynosport® World Games in order to confirm that the dog is eligible for the height entered.
If the dog measures up, the competitor must jump the dog at the higher jump height in all classes regardless of the jump height in which the dog earned its qualifications. If the competitor had a bye at the lower height, the bye is forfeited, and the competitor must compete in all rounds that may have been bypassed as a result of the bye.
