• Food: There is an on-site concession stand; please do not bring in outside food.  There are also fast food restaurants and sit-down restaurants within just a few minutes of the show site.
• Parking: There is plenty of close parking.  No parking in the therapy reserved spaces on Friday.
• RV Parking:  There will be no RV parking at the show site.  A list of nearby RV parks is included in the Hotels section of this premium.

Entries sent by Fedex, Express Mail or other courier service will only be accepted if the waiver allowing delivery without signature is signed. The club will not be responsible for deliveries delayed if a signature is required.

No entry "For Exhibition Only" shall be accepted, except as provided for in Chapter 10 when Intro Program classes are offered.   See additional note for club policy regarding dogs that measure up.

This event is sanctioned by the United States Dog Agility Association, Inc. ("USDAA").

This test is open to all persons with dogs being at least 18 months of age (14 months of age pursuant to Chapter 10 for Intro Program when offered), regardless of pedigree or absence thereof, who have a current registration with USDAA and whose owners and the dog's handler are currently in good standing with USDAA.

This event will be held under USDAA^® Official Rules and Regulations, a copy of which may be viewed and printed online at www.usdaa.com.

The Organizing Committee of an event may refuse the entry of any competitor or dog for just cause should the Committee view that participation by the competitor or dog could be prejudicial to the sport. However, in such case, the Committee must notify the competitor in writing upon receipt of entry, but in no case, more than three days following the event closing date for acceptance of entries. The burden of responsibility for the appropriateness of such action rests solely with the host group and its Organizing Committee.

Any check or credit card that is charged back by the bank or other financial institution may be assessed a service charge of up to $40 per incident at the discretion of the host group.

Returned checks or credit card returns do not constitute a valid entry. Amounts shall be paid within 30 day of postmarked notice of the returned payment if such date follows the event date. Any fees not received within 30 days of notice will result in cancellation of event results for all classes related to the entry for which payment was made. No reinstatement of results is possible, and all awards must be returned within 10 days of notification or the dog's registration may be suspended pending restitution.

Any unpaid fees or shortfalls must be paid prior to the start of the event, or entry is canceled without recourse.

There shall be NO REFUNDS for entries withdrawn after the closing date for acceptance of entries, for absentee, dismissal from the event as a result of disciplinary action, dismissal from a class, or for any other reason. Also, no entry fees will be refunded if the event cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, "act of God", public emergency, strike, or any other cause beyond the control of the host organization.

• There will be no refunds under $10.00, for overpayment of fees.
• A portion of entry fees will be refunded (minus USDAA recording fees and other club costs) for bitches that come in season and dogs injured after the closing date, if a veterinarian's certificate is presented to the Secretary prior to the start of judging.

• Confirmation will be sent via email whenever possible.  Please put your email address on your entry.
• Entry fees are to be payable in U.S. funds only.
• A separate entry form must be submitted for each dog.

All entries or cancellations must be received at the Secretary's address no later than the closing date, after which time no entries will be accepted or cancelled. For entries received by the closing date, the level of entry into a given class may be advanced by notifying the Secretary in writing via email by the "Secondary Closing Date". No other changes, cancellations or additions may be made after the initial closing date.

To be accepted, entries must be complete, signed (by parent or legal guardian if handler is a minor), received by the closing date and accompanied by the correct fees and include a valid USDAA registration number on a completed registration form.

Provisional entries will be accepted for competitors who have not earned a qualifying score prior to the closing date, which is required for entry to the Grand Prix, Performance Grand Prix or Steeplechase, Performance Speed Jumping Regional classes.  To compete in the class under the provisional entry, a qualifying score must be earned at a local tournament qualifying class for each respective tournament entered prior to the start of the Regional tournament class.  A separate payment for provisional entry fees to the tournament classes is required and must be designated on the Entry Form, or such payment will be nonrefundable should the dog not be eligible to run.

No leads, collars, food, toys or other aids or devices shall be permitted on the course at any time, except as provided for in Chapter 10 when Intro Program classes are offered, or in Chapter 8 when Junior Handler Program classes are offered.

Competitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs, children or guests. A competitor whose dogs, children or guests create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Event Organizing Committee, be asked to leave the test site.

In the event of a larger entry, fault limits may be set at the discretion of the Organizing Committee and/or Judge without pre-event notice.

One or more titling classes shall be held at this Event from those described in Chapters 3 - 8 of USDAA Official Rules & Regulations, which are downloadable from www.usdaa.com/rulesReg_eBook.cfm, and any amendments there to, which are downloadable from www.usdaa.com/rulesReg.cfm, each of which are hereby incorporated by reference.

One or more tournament classes are being held at this event, the rules and description of which may be downloaded on the Internet at www.usdaa.com/gen_formDoc.cfm, and are hereby incorporated by reference. A written copy may be obtained from the Event secretary.

The handler of a dog entered in Team or Versatility Pairs must notify the secretary immediately should their dog be required to jump a higher height by virtue of the judge's measurement.  The dog must jump the higher jump height in order to be eligible to earn a qualifying score in the tournament.  If entered in Team, the dog may not be moved to Versatility Pairs.  If the handler chooses not to have their dog jump the higher height, their entry is effectively withdrawn.  The competitor may or may not run for exhibition only (earning no qualifications) solely at the discretion of the event secretary; there shall be no refund of fees paid.

If the change in height makes the dog ineligible for their team (three jump heights), the secretary will make every effort to form complete teams from dogs available.  A move-up in height for dogs in Versatility Pairs does not affect their team composition, but may result in a change in their position in the running order because of the height composition of the Pair. 

Competitors who have completed the Masters titles in Standard or Jumpers are eligible for entry to the Masters Challenge class.  They may also continue to enter the regular classes in Masters and PIII classes, unless stipulated otherwise in the Agility Test Schedule.  Competitive placements in the Masters Challenge Standard and Jumpers classes accumulate points for annual ranking for Agility  Top Ten^SM and Performance Top Ten^SM.

 Titling Classes

1st through 4th place ribbons will be awarded in each jump height.  Maroon ribbons will be awarded to all competitors earning a qualifying score.

Tournaments

GRAND PRIX & PERFORMANCE GRAND PRIX

Local Qualifier: Maroon ribbons will be awarded to all competitors earning a qualifying score of zero faults.  1st through 3rd place rosettes in each jump height.  First place qualifier in each jump height will receive a bye voucher which may be used at this event.
Regional Championship
Round 1: 1st - 4th placement ribbons in each jump height. Maroon ribbons will be awarded to all competitors earning a qualifying score of zero faults.
Round 2: Semifinalist rosettes will be awarded to all competitors having zero faults and earning a bye (top 50% in each jump height) into the semifinals at the Cynosport World Games.  1st through 3rd place in each jump height will receive a rosette and medallion.  The first place competitor in each jump height shall be named the Regional Champion and will receive a trophy.

STEEPLECHASE & PERFORMANCE SPEED JUMPING

Local Qualifier: 1st - 4th placement ribbons. Maroon ribbons will be awarded to all competitors earning a qualifying score as outlined in the rules.  There will be no round 2 at this event.
Regional Championship
Round 1:1st - 4th placement ribbons in each jump height. Maroon qualifying ribbons will be awarded to all competitors earning a qualifying score as outlined in the rules.
Round 2: Semifinalist rosettes awarded to competitors earning a bye into the semifinals at the Cynosport World Games.  1st through 3rd place in each jump height will receive rosettes and medals.  Prize money will be awarded in accordance with tournament rules.  First place competitor in each jump height shall be named the Regional Champion and will also receive a trophy.

TEAM & VERSATILITY PAIRS

Overall:  Plaque to each member of the first place overall team/pair. Gold, Silver and Bronze medals for overall for each tournament. 1st - 4th placement ribbons in each jump height in each class along with a prize for qualifying scores.
