Follow 65 North to 840 East, take exit 55-A (Hwy 41 S/70S E). Proceed 2 miles and turn left on to Thompson Lane. The Coliseum is approximately 2.5 miles on your left.
From the East:
Follow 40 West to 840 West. Take exit 55A (US-41 S/US-70S E). Proceed 2 miles and turn left on to Thompson Lane. The Coliseum is approximately 2.5 miles on your left. From Hwy 231 (north or south), turn west onto Thompson Lane. The Coliseum is 1/2 mile on the right.

CRATING DETAILS & RESERVATION FORM
ALL crating will be in permanent stalls in covered, but open barns with dirt floor. These barns are located directly behind the main and secondary arenas adjacent to RV parking. Electricity is available as is water. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with the main barn (closest to competition rings) filling first, and then Barns 2 - 5 utilized as needed. The main barn contains restrooms and showers. There will be no outdoor crating available at this site. Personal shade canopies may not be set up for individual crating. Each enclosed horse stall is approximately 10 x 10. Rental is $60 for HALF of the stall (5 x 5) for the duration of the event (October 23-27). Both halves of a stall may be reserved or just one-half and a stall partner will be assigned to you. If you would like to crate in the same area as friends, please have one person submit a reservation form indicating the total number of spaces needed along with the appropriate fee. Every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, but USDAA reserves the right to assign spaces to fit in the area available. Express & Overnight Entries
Entries sent by Fedex, Express Mail or other courier service will only be accepted if the waiver allowing delivery without signature is signed. The club will not be responsible for deliveries delayed if a signature is required.
No Entry For Exhibition Only
No entry "For Exhibition Only" shall be accepted, except as provided for in Chapter 10 when Intro Program classes are offered. See additional note for club policy regarding dogs that measure up.
General Rule on Eligibility
This event is sanctioned by the United States Dog Agility Association, Inc. ("USDAA").
This test is open to all persons with dogs being at least 18 months of age (14 months of age pursuant to Chapter 10 for Intro Program when offered OR for Sanctioned Match), regardless of pedigree or absence thereof, who have a current registration with USDAA and whose owners and the dog's handler are currently in good standing with USDAA.
This event will be held under USDAA® Official Rules and Regulations, a copy of which may be viewed and printed online at www.usdaa.com.
Policy on Refusal of Entry
The Organizing Committee of an event may refuse the entry of any competitor or dog for just cause should the Committee view that participation by the competitor or dog could be prejudicial to the sport. However, in such case, the Committee must notify the competitor in writing upon receipt of entry, but in no case, more than three days following the event closing date for acceptance of entries. The burden of responsibility for the appropriateness of such action rests solely with the host group and its Organizing Committee.
NSF Check/Credit Card
Any check or credit card that is charged back by the bank or other financial institution may be assessed a service charge of up to $40 per incident at the discretion of the host group.
Returned checks or credit card returns do not constitute a valid entry. Amounts shall be paid within 30 day of postmarked notice of the returned payment if such date follows the event date. Any fees not received within 30 days of notice will result in cancellation of event results for all classes related to the entry for which payment was made. No reinstatement of results is possible, and all awards must be returned within 10 days of notification or the dog's registration may be suspended pending restitution.
Any unpaid fees or shortfalls must be paid prior to the start of the event, or entry is canceled without recourse.
Refund Policy
There shall be NO REFUNDS for entries withdrawn after the closing date for acceptance of entries, for absentee, dismissal from the event as a result of disciplinary action, dismissal from a class, or for any other reason. Also, no entry fees will be refunded if the event cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, "act of God", public emergency, strike, or any other cause beyond the control of the host organization.
CYNOSPORT REFUNDS
There will be no refunds of entry or registration fees for cancellations after the closing date for any reason. For changes or cancellations prior to the closing date, a $30 handling fee shall be charged and deducted from any refund that may be due. Any refunds that may be due, net of applicable handling fees, shall be made within 45 days following the event date. In the event that there are any unpaid fees as a result of miscalculation of fees, such entries may be accepted at USDAA's sole discretion and any deficiency must be paid prior to the start of the event or entry will be cancelled and no refund of any fees paid will be made.
Prohibitions on Aids & Devices
No leads, collars, food, toys or other aids or devices shall be permitted on the course at any time, except as provided for in Chapter 10 when Intro Program classes are offered, or in Chapter 8 when Junior Handler Program classes are offered.
Statement of Responsibility
Competitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs, children or guests. A competitor whose dogs, children or guests create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Event Organizing Committee, be asked to leave the test site.
Policy on Fault Limits
In the event of a larger entry, fault limits may be set at the discretion of the Organizing Committee and/or Judge without pre-event notice.

CLASS ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
Dogs entered in the Performance Program tournaments are ineligible for entry in Championship Program tournaments or Veterans classes at this event.

Steeplechase Entry / Scoring Rules
NO QUALIFYING SCORES ARE EARNED IN THIS TOURNAMENT AT THIS EVENT Quarterfinals Must have previously qualified at two Steeplechase local qualifying events OR one local and one regional event held during the 2013 tournament season (9/7/12 - 9/6/13). Competitors must be entered in the same height class at this event in which they qualified at the local/regional qualifiers, and they may be entered in ONLY one height class. Eligibility for advancement to the semifinal round will be determined by calculating the average of the top 3 scores in each jump height and multiplying by a factor of 1.25. There are no numerical limits. Semifinals Must have earned a score less than or equal to the Maximum Qualifying Score in the finals round (Round 2) at a Regional. They will join competitors advancing from the quarterfinals at this event. Finals Must be in the top 15% of competitors competing in the semifinals earning a score that is within 1.15 of the average of the top 3 scores in their jump height (rounded down), but in no event will there be more than 8 in the 12" height, 12 in the 16" height, 20 in the 22" height and 12 in the 26" height with a minimum of 3 per height class. Scoring Shall be on a time plus faults basis with five-point penalties for fallen poles and missed contacts, with off-course scored as an elimination as determined under Masters rules. No refusals or missed weave poles shall be penalized; however, all obstacles must be completed before continuing on the remainder of the course.
Performance Speed Jumping Entry / Scoring Rules
NO QUALIFYING SCORES ARE EARNED IN THIS TOURNAMENT AT THIS EVENT Quarterfinals Must have previously qualified at two Speed Jumping local qualifying events OR one local and one regional event held during the 2013 tournament season (9/7/12 - 9/6/13). Competitors must be entered in the same height class in which they qualified at the local/regional qualfiiers, and they may be entered in ONLY one height class. Eligibility for advancement to the semifinal round will be determined by calculating the average of the top 3 scores in each jump height and multiplying by a factor of 1.25. There are no numerical limits and no handler substitutions allowed. Semifinals Must have previously earned a score less than or equal to the Maximum Qualifying Score in the finals round (Round 2) at a Regional. They will join competitors advancing from the quarterfinals at this event. Finals Must be in the top 15% of competitors competing in the semifials earning a score that is within 1.15 of the average of the top 3 scores in their jump height (rounded down), but in no event will there be more than 6 in the 8" class, 8 in the 12" class, 10 in the 16" class and 8 in the 22" class. NO QUALIFYING SCORES ARE EARNED IN THIS TOURNAMENT AT THIS EVENT Quarterfinals Must have previously qualified by scoring ZERO faults at two Performance Grand Prix local qualifying events OR one local and one regional event held during the 2013 tournament season (9/7/13 - 9/6/13). Competitors must be entered in the same height class at this event in which they qualified at the local/regional qualifiers, and they may be entered in ONLY one height class. Semifinals Must have earned two qualifying scores as outlined above and had zero faults in the final round (Round 2) at a Regional (or PGP Foreign National) Championship and have been in the top 50% of the standings in their jump height. HANDLER SUBSTITUTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED for bye entries in the semifinals. These competitors will compete against others advancing from the quarterfinals at this event as determined by the following formula: the number of competitors in each height class equal to 50% of the number of competitors entered in the quarterfinals in each jump height (rounded down) and having earned ZERO faults. Finals NO HANDLER SUBSTITUTIONS are allowed for dogs advancing from the semifinals. Competitors must have ZERO faults AND be in the top 15% of the jump height with a maximum of 8 in the 8" class, 11 in the 12" class, 12 in the 16" class and 11 in the 22" class. Scoring Standard scoring rules at the Masters level apply with penalties assessed for both standard faults and refusals, in addition to time penalties for exceeding the standard course time pursuant to tournament rules. The competitor with the fewest faults is the winner. In the event of a tie, the competitor with the fastest time is the winner. If a tie of times and faults should occur, then the winner of the tie shall be determined by a runoff on the same or similar course type, reflecting similar attributes of the class.
Grand Prix Entry / Scoring Rules

Team Entry / Scoring Rules
NO QUALIFYING SCORES ARE EARNED IN THIS TOURNAMENT AT THIS EVENT
Competitors are eligible to enter if they have received a qualifying score during the current tournament season (9/14/09 - 9/12/10) at a local or regional qualifying event. Competitors who reside outside of North America or other geographic region where qualifying events are held, and have not qualified at qualifying events, may be eligible for entry based upon international competition criteria as stipulated in the tournament rules. Such competitors must submit proof of eligibility at least 10 days prior to the entry closing date for pre-approval.
A team may be comprised of dogs from any two height classes (e.g., 12"/26", 16"/26", 22"/22", etc.) Each individual on a three-dog/three-handler team competes in four classes of competition. The top teams at the completion of the four classes shall compete in the three-dog team relay. These five classes will be conducted pursuant to USDAA Rules & Regulations and published tournament rules, which may be downloaded from http://www.usdaa.com and are hereby incorproated by reference.
Special Note: Each of three handlers and dogs must compete in all five classes; i.e., two different dogs on a team may not both be handled by a single handler in any class. In the event a handler is unable to continue through all classes, one substitution - OUT OF NECESSITY & with approval of the grievance committee - may be made. Draw entry will be accepted for qualified, un-assigned dogs, but there is no guarantee a team will be available. If no team can be found, the competitor may run in the classes for individual awards.
Scoring
Masters scoring shall apply to all classes, except each refusal is 2 faults, and 3 refusals per dog or wrong course shall result in the loss of 1/3 of the Class Point Value. Standard, Jumpers and Relay shall be scored on a time plus faults basis.
Team ranking and placements shall be based on the cumulative scores through the five classes.
Point values will be
390 points for the standard class
300 points for the jumpers class and
450 points for the three-dog relay class
Points earned in the gamblers and snooker classes will be multiplied by a factor to increase or decrease the 'weight' of these classes to the other tournament classes. Additional time allowances shall be permitted in snooker and gamblers for the 12" and 16" height classes and will be announced or posted prior to the start of each class.
Three-Dog Relay: Teams obtaining a score within 15% of the average of the total points earned by the top three teams after four classes, with a maximum of 30 teams, shall run in this class. The team with the most points following the relay class will be declared the 2010 Team Champions.
Performance Versatiltity Pairs Entry / Scoring Rules
NO QUALIFYING SCORES ARE EARNED IN THIS TOURNAMENT AT THIS EVENT Competitors are eligible to enter if they have received a qualifying score during the current tournament season (9/4/13 - 9/3/13) at a local or regional qualifying event. Competitors who reside outside of North America or other geographic region where qualifying events are held, and have not qualified at qualifying events, may be eligible for entry based upon international competition criteria as stipulated in the tournament rules. Such competitors must submit proof of eligiblity at least 10 days prior to the entry closing date for pre-approval. A team may be comprised of dogs from any two height classes, e.e. 8"/22", 12"/22", 16"/16", etc.) Each individual on a 2-dog/2-handler pair competes in four classes of competition. Top pairs at the completion of the four classes shall compete in the 2-dog pair relay. These five classes will be conducted pursuant to USDAA Rules & Regulations and published tournament rules, which may be downloaded from http://www.usdaa.com and are hereby incorporated by reference. Special Note: Each of the two handlers and dogs must compete in all five classes; i.e., a different dog in a pair may not be handled by a single handler in any class. In the event a handler is unable to continue through all classes, one substitution - OUT OF NECESSITY & with approval of the grievance committee - may be made. Draw entry will be accepted for qualified, unpaired dogs, but there is no guarantee a partner will be available. If no partner can be found, the competitor may run in the classes for individual awards. Scoring Masters scoring shall apply to all classes, except each refusal is 2 faults, and 3 refusals per dog or wrong course shall result in the loss of 1/2 of the Class Point Value. Point values will be 260 points for the standard class 200 points for the jumpers class and 300 points for the 2-dog relay class Points earned in the gamblers and snooker classes will be multiplied by a factor to increase or decrease the 'weight' of these classes to the other tournament classes. Additional time allowances shall be permitted in snooker and gamblers for the 8" and 12" height classes and will be announced or posted prior to the start of each class. Two-Dog Relay: Pairs obtaining a score within 25% of the average of the total points earned by the top three pairs after four classes, with a maximum of 16 pairs, shall run in this class. The pair with the most points following the relay class will be declared Performance Versatility Pairs Champion.
Veterans Specialty Classes
Dogs entered in Veterans may not be entered in Championship or Performance tournaments at this event. Veterans All-Around & Showcase This event is open to all prior competitors in ANY TOURNAMENT (GP/PGP, Team/PVP, STP/PSJ) at a "national" championship who have now attained the age of nine (9) as of the event date and who are not entered in any other tournament at this Event. The Veterans All-Around is an individual competition that will utilize the PVP class courses - dogs will jump their Veteran jump height - and will be scored pursuant to rules for Performance Versatility Pairs. Based upon the sum of the scores from the four classes - Standard, Jumpers, Gamblers and Snooker - the top three competitors in each jump height after the four classes will run in the Veterans Showcase which will be held on Sunday prior to Grand Prix Finals. The only other classes this dog may be entered in are the specialty classes at Performance heights.
VETERANS ALL-AROUND & SHOWCASE
Speciality Classes Veterans competitors will be combined with Performance competitors for these classes. Veterans All-Around Individual Classes Placement rosettes will be awarded to the first place in each jump in each class. Veterans Showcase Each participant in the showcase will receive a participation rosette and embroidered polo shirt to be worn (tucked in with black pants/shorts) in the showcase round.
CHAMPIONSHIP PROGRAM CLASSES
Grand Prix of Dog Agility Quarterfinals/Semifinals: All handlers having earned the right to advance to or have entered the semifinals will be awarded a polo shirt that must be worn in the semifinals. Competitors advancing to the semifinals shall receive a semifinalist rosette. Finals: Each finalist will be awarded an embroidered polo shirt that must be worn (tucked in with black pants/shorts) in the finals. Trophy cup and Cynosport Medal - Awarded to 1st through 3rd place in each jump height. Placement rosette and plaque - Awarded to the top 5-8-12-8 winners in the 12"-16"-22"-26" jump heights, respectively. Finalist rosette & Plaque - Awarded to all finalists not earning a placement. Dog Agility Steeplechase Quarterfinals/Semifinals: All handlers having earned the right to advance to the semifinals shall receive a semifinalist rosette. Finals: Each finalist will be awarded an embroidered polo shirt that must be worn (tucked in with black pants/shorts) in the finals. Prize Money: $10,000 will be allocated to the top 50% of the placements in the final round in each jump height, with amounts awarded pursuant to the tournament allocation table at the event. Placement rosette and Cynosport Medal: Awarded to 1st through 3rd place in each jump height. Placement rosette: Awarded to the recipients of prize money. Finalist rosette: Awarded to those finalists not earning a placement. Dog Agility Masters Team Individual Classes: Placement rosettes shall be awarded to the top 7-8-12-9 competitors in the 12"-16"-22"-26" jump heights, respectively, as well as the top six (6) teams in the relay class. Cynosport Medal: Awarded to 1st through 3rd in each jump height. Trophy: Awarded to 1st place in each jump height. Tournament Overall: Cynosport Medal: Each member of the 1st through 3rd place teams overall shall receive a medal. Placement Rosettes and Trophy: Each member of the 1st place team overall shall receive an eagle statue on walnut base and rosette. Placement Rosette and Plaque: Each member of the 2nd through 10th place teams overall shall receive a plaque and rosette. All dogs not jumping 26" in the Championship Program or 22" in the Performance Program must be measured unless they have a permanent USDAA or World Cynosport Dog Registration card or a temporary card with 3 signatures as required by the regulations, making the dog eligible for their jump height (prior to 3 years of age). When not enrolling electronically, please send a copy of one the following items to facilitate the check-in process:
- photocopy of permanent dog registration card,
- printout of the dog-information page from your USDAA® competitor web account, or
- copy of your check-in letter from USDAA indicating your temporary card has been accepted by the USDAA office and your permanent registration card is in process.

RV Reservations
The Tennessee Miller Coliseum can accommodate RVs requiring 30amp hookups and has a limited number of 50amp hook-ups. Spaces include water hook-up as well, but no dumping/sewage service on the property. There are five (5) spaces with water hook-up only. Restrooms and showers are located in the barn area adjacent to RV parking.
Rate per night for full hook-ups is $40; $35 for water only; $30 with no hook-ups (if available). NO TENT CAMPING. Reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. 1.1 - Consideration & Waiver of Liability
