A USDAA club held its inaugural fund raiser in memory of a well-loved agility competitor. By Shari Lipski-Behun.
USDAA club Boone County DogSport in Poplar Grove, Illinois, held its inaugural Charity Team Day on Sunday, July 1st. All teams were chosen by the judge, Evelyn Robertson, the morning of the trial. A portion of the proceeds from this tournament are being donated to the Ozaukee Humane Society in memory of Kim Klippel. All competitors wore pink in memory of USDAA competitor Kim, who passed away last December from cancer, and of all of those, whether two- or four-legged, we've lost to cancer. (Read more about Kim here.)

|A dog show isn't complete without the sweets. Everyone enjoyed a red velvet cupcake with pink butter cream icing and an edible BCDS logo. Yum!|
Tracy and Kevin Kent took a break from their gluten-free diet to enjoy a delicious cupcake. No one can resist a cupcake!
