September 18-24 is National Deaf Dog Awareness Week.
Deaf Dog Awareness Week is an annual event designed to promote the needs of deaf dogs and educate potential and current owners on how to live with and train deaf dogs. It wasn't so long ago that deaf dogs were considered untrainable, but today you can find deaf dogs in all levels of dog sports, including agility.
