Patty Warren and her Border Collies live an active lifestyle in Raleigh, N.C. “I compete in dog agility as well as herding with my own dogs,” Patty said. As a dog owner, licensed vet tech and a dog trainer for more than 18 years, Patty has dealt with plenty of dog injuries.

In March 2021, Patty’s 5-year-old Border Collie, Surf, suffered a spinal injury while herding sheep. The day after the injury, Patty’s neighbor, who is a veterinarian, observed Surf and suggested Patty try giving the dog Antinol® — a daily supplement for joint care in dogs.

Patty followed up with Antinol® to help Surf’s missile disc injury as soon as she could. “It's a high velocity, high extrusion type of disc injury due to forces,” she noted. “The recovery happens fairly quickly, and you want to get the inflammation down as soon as possible.”

Patty saw an improvement in Surf’s health within two weeks of giving her the supplement. “I started to see really positive results in her movement, her strength, her proprioception, and I really do think the Antinol® helped to decrease the inflammation in her spinal cord.”

After Patty witnessed the benefits of giving Antinol®, she decided to offer the supplement to her older Border Collies. She was happy with the way it improved the quality of their day-to-day activity.

When her 8-year-old female Gypsy — an agility champion — dislocated a toe, Patty was told she would need surgery. Patty chose to give Gypsy Antinol® instead. “The vets were astounded at how quickly this dog healed without any form of intervention by vets,” Patty said. “And that toe is exactly where it should be. And she's back to doing agility again.”

With the help of Antinol®, Patty has also noticed a dramatic difference in her 12-year-old, Rave, a retired agility dog who is the mother of Gypsy and Surf. Rave was slow to get moving in the mornings and was slowing down during walks. After trying other supplements that weren’t quite “cutting it,” Patty decided to try putting Rave on Antinol®. “Within 15 days, that dog is getting up every morning, popping out of her bed, ready to go, playing with her daughters like she hadn't before,” she said. “And she's actually running through the woods now instead of just plodding along on our walks.”

“As a licensed vet tech and a dog trainer, I highly recommend Antinol® to anybody whose dogs are suffering from aging changes or joint discomfort. I think it's an amazing product and has worked wonders for my own dogs.”
