Joann Kelley - 1997 - Pioneer of Dog Agility
A role model of exemplary sportsmanship in dog agility, Joann Kelley set the standard as a highly regarded, generous and supportive competitor.
Joann was one of the first to demonstrate “running contacts” as a part of her training that led her to success on her way to a three-peat as Grand Prix of Dog Agility® Champion with her Shetland sheepdog Kelley when she was afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis.
She entered the USDAA® Hall of Fame in 1997 and has been recognized as a Pioneer of the sport.
