Check-In Procedures & Measuring

All times are tentative and subject to change. Consult your final entry confirmation for any changes.

There will be absolutely NO competitor set up on Friday.

Saturday & Sunday: Check-in: 7:15am - 7:45am. Judges briefings at 7:45am, judging to begin at 8am. Building will be open at 7:00am for competitor set up.

Express Check-in is available to all competitors that included a copy of their plastic permanent height card or a print out of the dog
info page from subscriber account indicating that the dog is permanently carded with their entry form. At Express Check-In you must check yourself in and verify your Registration number. If you missed verifying it in your confirmation, this will be your final chance to do so.

Combined Gamblers

We will be running gamblers in the "combined" format for this trial. We will only be having one gamblers course which will contain 3 different lines; one for Masters/P3/Vet, one for Advanced/P2, and one for Starters/P1.

Eligible Jump Heights & Dog Measurement

The following jump heights & dog height measurement cutoffs are in effect (See full rules amendments published on usdaa.com.):

Dog Measurements & Certification

All dogs measuring 22" or less must be measured to validate their entry in an event and class in accordance with Official USDAA Rules & Regulations, unless:

• they have had their height permanently certified pursuant to USDAA rules and regulations (Appendix D) measurement rules
• they meet exceptions set forth in USDAA Tournament Rules for advanced rounds.
• hold a dog's temporary card or record with 3 judges' signatures as set forth in the regulations for dogs prior to 3 years of age

A dog's height of entry may be challenged at any time though out the event.

Please note that only dogs 15 months of age may be officially measured and recorded on temporary registration cards/forms. Dogs competing in Intro classes less than 15 months of age should be measured for the event, but the measurement shall not be officially recorded.

Site & Other Information

Orchard Hills Training Center is located on private property and is NOT open to the public outside of stated trial hours. Waiting in the driveway or on Church Street is not allowed. Entry or exit of the premises outside of stated hours is not permitted without permission of show chair and/or property owner.

This event is held at Orchard Hills Training Center which is surrounded by private property. Please respect the owners of the property and stay within the areas of the building/sheep pens and parking area. You are NOT allowed in the area to the left of the driveway as you are entering or in the area on the far side of the agility rings at any time.

A food vendor will NOT be on site for the weekend. Please plan accordingly.

There will be baby pools for dogs if the weather warrants.

Indoor restroom facilities are available, however, no dogs allowed in restrooms.

There will be a $10 potty fine for any dog eliminating in any other than designated areas ESPECIALLY in, on or around either of the buildings!

Crating indoors in the building will be limited to dedicated workers/club members and those with multiple dogs in order that they may change out dogs quicker while running.

Personal chairs will be allowed in the building.

Mini, portable heaters are no longer allowed to be used at this facility.

No balloons of any kind allowed in either building - this includes celebratory balloons!

Music may be playing during walk throughs and lightly during running of classes.

All tenting, kenneling and parking will be restricted to designated areas. Please respect our parking/kenneling assistants. Your cooperation is EXPECTED.

As with all spectator venues, your are encouraged to present yourself and your dog in the best manner possible, including attire and sportsmanship. Help us to preserve such venues by following all show ground rules. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
