Judy Kessler - 2014 - Meritorious Service

Since 2004 several core members of NOMAD (Northern Magic Agility Dogs) have made the trek to Cynosport® World Games just to volunteer at the event. From Scottsdale to Murfreesboro and Morgan Hill, Judy Kessler is among the loyal supporters recognized in 2014 for Meritorious Service.

Always smiling and pleasant to work with, they cheer every dog on, no matter the result, and accommodate all the requests that come their way to make the event run well. Whether it is making sure the main ring runs smoothly or warm-up runs on the first day are on track, they say they do it for the love of agility…it’s not work; it’s fun.  Their passion and dedication inspired other NOMAD members to make the long trip with the four core members – Lisa Barrett, Judy Kessler, Lynne Von Trapp and Kit Erskine. Their dedication and volunteerism earned them Meritorious awards in the USDAA® Hall of Fame.
