Lewisberry, PA, facility offers rally, agility and more.

Bella Vista Training Center is a dog training, boarding and grooming facility in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, operated by Stephanie Capkovic. It was founded to strengthen the human-canine relationship through positive training techniques; promote caring, responsible dog ownership; and provide safe, comfortable, functional facilities that expose people and their dogs to various sports and activities.  

“We have been involved with rally since the beginning,” Stephanie said. “We offered trials when the organization was owned by St. Huberts, then by ADPT and, of course, WCRL.

"Individuals can get involved with rally for a multitude of reasons, such as the dog and/or handler no longer being physically able to compete in other sports. Rally is used to develop better teamwork skills, and you can easily practice at home without investing in a lot of equipment. And the best reason to get involved is, of course, that everyone can enjoy it and have fun!”

Alongside their five rally classes (which host a maximum of eight dogs per class), Bella Vista offers classes, trials and events in agility, obedience, tricks, Happy Ratters and more. Their instructors are some of the area’s best trainers across a variety of specialties, with more than 200 combined years of experience working with and training dogs and their owners.
